This rack is perfect for presenting food on a buffet, or for preparing food at preparation station in the kitchen. Constructed from strong stainless steel, the rack is very robust and durable, enabling it to stand up to many years of heavy duty usage and therefore limit your need to buy replacements. The smooth stainless steel is also very easy to clean. This rack fits three 1/3 GN pans or six 1/6 pans depending on your desired configuration.
